Great doctor Dr. Benson is a great doctor, I have been a patient of hers for 5 years and I think the world of her. Dr. Benson takes time with you and listens and that is very important I would recommend her to anyone. g
Not very kind. I was pleased Kathy Benson's care as my nurse practioner through the years, but the medical assistant that she works with is awful. Rude, condescending, and just generally unpleasant. Since she is the only way to contact Kathy, I no longer use their services. The office staff is very pushy about collecting payment no matter how ill you are at the time, and there is little compassion. It's unfortunate that the support staff ruins it for the medical professional there.
Worst Experience. I would not recommnend this place. Worst service that I have seen so far in my life. Staff is very rude. VERY HIGH prices for services and insurance will often reject the claims. To make it worse, you end up paying from your pocket.
Health We went here two times when our regular doctor was out of town. I was pleased with the service. They weren't as friendly as I would have liked but over all the doctor was good and the nurse knew what she was doing. Sometimes that is all that matters not how friendly they are.
Benson is AMAZING Kathryn Benson is an amazing doctor with a great personality and a strong work ethic. I have been going to her since they started there. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!
A great experience Wow - I hate the doctor's office, but I have to say that this was one of the best I have been to. I am a "lifer" here in Greenville, and I had a family doctor. However, when I got sick my co-workers told me about Premier and Kathy Benson. I am pleased to say I have switched doctors! She never talks down to you, but she can explain things where everyone could understand.
RecommendedMy husband Bernard was very impressed with Dr. Michael Peters. He listened to my husband and answered his questions in such a way that he could understand. We have already recommended someone to him and have others we will be referring.
Premier Family Medicine is staffed by wonderful nurses, and caring staff. The doctors are smart and thorough. You won’t find a more admirable hive of heroic nobility.
