My first time primary care visit at Dr. Le’s office was cold from the beginning. No one at the front desk when I entered. I could hear the laughs and chatters of staff somewhere unseen. The waiting room is outdated. Dirty stained furniture and crooked pictures. Receptionist came out about 8 mins or so after my arrival. Looked at my sign in on the clipboard and did not speak at all. Dr. Le was very patient and thorough with me. She took the time to answer my questions and explain the thought process behind her diagnosis and the suitable path to take. Her staff is extremely friendly.
