I wasn’t given my Bausch rewards application to get points online for buying contacts. Was told I would get a free pair of sunglasses with my purchase, went to pick them up and was told I was supposed to have bought more than I bought by manager. I don’t think that was right one employee tell me one thing then another telling me another! They should have honored what I was told! I would highly recommend Dr. Wright and her team! I received a very thorough eye examination and multifocal contact lense fitting today. Everyone was professional and pleasant. I'm thrilled with their care!
RecommendedPremier family eye care caught our daughters double vision when other clinics in town did not. Dr. Wright took the time to sit down with her and find the root of her problems. She has had her glasses less than a month and is now reading! Would definitely recommend.
The ladies here go out and beyond their way to help each customer and patient that walks through the door . They are always helpful. Dr. Wright is a very informative doctor, who takes her time and if u don't unde4stand she will explain it a different way. The office ladies are so very energetic and helpful. The whole place has their own creative personalities that make it the place they are . I couldn't ask for a better place to go. Thank you all
I love all the girls here! When my old eye messed my glasses up and wouldn’t fix them I’m glad the ladies here were able to get me in and help me! They are so sweet.
Some staff can use a little attitude adjustment.
Excellent customer service. Love how they took their time and didn’t rush in and rush out like some dr’s do.
