Premier Dermatology in American Fork is a complete waste of time. They scheduled my first appointment for 8:00 AM. I showed up early, sat outside for 45 minutes, and finally left—because they don’t even open until 8:30. Their excuse? A “new front desk employee.” They offered me a follow-up appointment the next Monday at 8:30 AM as a “good gesture.” That Monday I arrived early, checked in, filled out their paperwork, and waited. I was very impressed with my visit with Dr. Aaron Peterson at Premier Family Medical today. Premier Family Medicine did not require a consultation in advance, and Dr Peterson was able to a procedure, same day. More impressive is that they got me in and out within about 35 minutes including paperwork time. The staff were really kind and friendly. This was my first visit here, and I can’t say that every visit here goes like this, but I was very impressed with the service I received today.
