Dr B is gentle and fun she and her staff make going to the dentist almost fun
I wish I had gone to Dr. Koussa 20 years ago because I wouldn't have had the problems that he had to correct. He is a artist and I will always recommend him to my friends, the whole group at Strongsville are the best...............................
My experiences with Dr. Koussa have been so wonderful and enlightening. I left my former dentist and couldn’t be more satisfied. Initially , the posting of numerous specialized dental skills and awards certainly caught my eye.. Dr. Koussa’s dental hygienist was like none other ..... she was so professional and reassuring!! Her work during the most thorough exam prepped Dr. Koussa to draw conclusions and include ME in the plan for dental care. His chair side manner is one of empathy .
I have never met a more compassionate Dentist. Dr. Koussa gives the patient options and only suggests what he thinks is absolutely necessary, never trying to push for the more expensive treatment plan. I trust his opinion and his work, no fear going to the dentist anymore!!! My whole family loves him, amazing staff as well.
