RecommendedA 5 star contractor. Jim and his team did an incredible job on a tear down and rebuild of my large 2-story composite deck. Customer service was extraordinary as was the build quality. Highly recommend!!
I needed to replace my home's original deck. A friend recommended Jim Pull with Premier Exteriors, so I had Jim out for a consultation and estimate. I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Highly recommend! They went above and beyond in replacing my parents roof, repairing missing siding off my house that a previous contractor left with a band aid on. Jim and his crew made sure both jobs were done correctly and in a timely manner. Last year they replaced my entire front door, including the frame, window and changing the direction of the swing. Again, great job! I’ve never worked with such an honest contractor who really cares about all his customers. 5 stars for sure
Jim was the only contractor who even took 10 minutes out of his busy day to day work to give me a quick quote on the installation of some dryer vents for my apartment community. Not only did he bid the job at a decent price, but he showed up on time and got the job done right! Thanks again Jim and we will be using you in the future!

The hardest company to deal with
Highly recommend these folks!! They put our roof on in November and we had no damage in the storms - lots of folks on our block had roof damage, but not ours. I was really impressed with the owner's responsiveness while the roof was being put up - he answered all my questions right away, even after business hours. Last week we called them out to look at a gutter issue - not only did Chris come out and inspect it - he made minor repairs on the spot and didn't charge us!
