As it was the first time renting my home, I was skeptical on finding a good property manager. I’ve been with Premier, for a year now and I’m very satisfied with my experience thus far with Jose. His rates are competitive, he handles maintenance issues in a timely manner with little problems, he finds quality tenants that are a good fit for your home, and he has really helped make my first experience feel stress-free.
