We ordered an LOL balloon for my daughter’s birthday. He was lovely to work with and delivered within his time frame given. When she woke up the next morning after receiving it, the face had shrunken to almost nothing. My daughter tried to fix it and burst into tears. I would have expected it to last 24 hours but sadly it did not. Pic is from when we first got it. Edit: Bryan, without a word, dropped off a replacement and surprised us all. Very kind and unexpected. 5 star service!
