I had not used this fence builder before, but I needed a fence repair done fast. When I called, the office manager explained that the regular repair crew was unavailable, but said Brett, who usually handles estimates and job planning, could come out and take a look. Brett arrived within about an hour, checked the problem, and said he was confident he could fix the fence. Within another hour, the repair was completed and it looked great. We’re really glad we chose this fence builder. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and made sure our 8-foot wood privacy fence was just right before they finished the installation. Premier Electric Gate Repair did a fantastic job installing our split-rail fence in Los Angeles. We wanted wire mesh added to the cedar split-rail fencing, and Ian made it come together really well. From the first step of the fence build to the final gate setup, everything was handled with care so we got exactly what we wanted. The gates and fencing were installed neatly, and Brett took extra time to make sure everything was level, worked smoothly, and looked clean and attractive.

Since then, we have needed a few fence adjustments and panel removals at different times, and each job was handled quickly with fair pricing. Most recently, we needed a gate door taken out to allow construction access, and Ian and Brett showed up on time with the right tools and materials. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew fence and gate work well. The whole process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent from start... read more
