I was disappointed with my visit. I arrived early but still waited about 40 minutes past my appointment time. I saw Dr. Guerrieri and felt my concerns were not taken seriously. The areas I was worried about were only briefly examined, and the photo I tried to show her was not really reviewed. I waited 6 months for this appointment to see Dr. Hirokawa. I have to say that it was worth the wait. The staff were ready for me when I got there. I didn't have to wait long at all. Dr. Hirokawa was friendly and her bedside manor was wonderful. She looked at me when talking to me. Although the appointment wasn't long but she was throughout with the examination. She answered my questions clearly and with confidence. If you can wait, I'd recommend her.

I was very disappointed. First I waited 40 minutes to be seen. I was excited to see my new PA Carmen. She was not what I expected. She was rushing through the exam. I didn't feel any connection with her. I felt rushed and dismissed. She diagnosed me and left the room. I guess you can say she did her job. But I left saying that I won't be back.
