I received an excellent emergency visit (a front tooth crown) November 13, 2015. I have been a patient of Dr Craighead for over 5 years and cannot speak more highly of him! The front crown came off and I texted him and sent a picture . He said I could see Dr Para the next day to repair it and did a mold for a partial so we could have a family visit in Texas. Dr Parra explained every procedure that they would have to do. Everyone in the office were so polite and patient, made me feel very comfortable. Wish I could give them higher than 5 stars.

I was confused about the function of a "healing embuckment vs a permanent embuckment. The technichan providedid an excellent explanation of the purpose of the temporary healing embuckment vs the permanent one. An Area for improvement is to better explain the billing process. Dr. Papas was GREAT! She has a Gentle Touch. She is the first dentist I have ever been to give shots in my mouth that I didn't feel!!! I would recommend her to EVERYBODY !!!!!!!!!!!
My wife and myself came back to Premier Dental to get our quarterly teeth cleaning. We were welcomed by the nice receptionist and admitted immediately to the dental hygiene. She is very good indeed, did a thorough job of an hour each, no pain, just gentle which enabled us to emerge from the clinic with a white smile. We plan to come back in February.
