I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
The receptionist needs to work on her etiquette skills and seemed to be inexperienced. It took four weeks before I could get an appointment and then they had to reschedule which would have taken another two weeks and they didn't care about the long wait I had to wait. A lot improvements are needed in that office.
