Simply amazing. I cannot believe Dr. Larson and her dental assistant stayed late just so I didn't have to come back in. Everyone is always so pleasant and accommodating. WE LOVE YOU GUYS! WE LOVE OUR NEW DENTIST! SHE IS SOOOOOOO SWEET AND KIND!!!!! AND ALL THE WONDERFUL GIRLS THAT HELPED US AS SOON AS WE CAME IN, TO PAYING AND SCHEDULING! WE WERE WELCOMED SO WARMLY AND RECEIVED SUCH A SPECIAL GIFT!!! THE KIDS DID GREAT WITH THEIR APPOINTMENTS AT CLEANING AND THANKS FOR MAKING IT A GREAT EXPERIENCE EVEN FOR GETTING CAVITIES FILLED! The visit far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend premier
From the time I walked in everyone had customer service at top-of-mind. The hygienist spent time getting to know me and my life background. I have trouble with my neck when lying back and they made accomodations for me. They offered water. They asked if I wanted detailed explanations or just bullet points. Everything that happened in the appointment was designed to reduce anxiety and increase the patient's comfort. I can't imagine a better example of customer service.
