From the time I enter your office I feel welcome. ed. The atmosphere is so calm and friendly that I almost forget that I am actually at the dentist.
Your staff went over and beyond to make me feel at ease.
Mine was a short visit and was used to the other office on Center. The two assistants are learning so it was not like they were comfortable and that is expected. Dr. B. was great. The gal at the front desk was very good.
Everything about Premier Dental exceeded my expectations. From making the appointment, my greeting upon arrival, meeting the DOCTORS (and I do mean more than one - which really is a rarity these days), the dental work I received, to paying the bill at the end. The entire process from start to finish was unbelievable and second to none. This was my first trip to Premier Dental and I can honestly say I will NEVER go anywhere else! I only wish I would have found Premier Dental sooner.
I am coming back in to get more answers for my son's teeth. And taking more pictures so I can actually see the cavities you are claiming he has. I am leary of the need for a root canal on a 5 year old. Might get a second opinion.
Dental hygienist was GREAT!
Loved it, I could not have asked for a better first visit. The tools you use are so much more advanced than what I was used to. It might be crazy but I am looking forward to my next two visits even though I am going to have work done. I recommend Premier to everyone I know and love. Thank you for the experience:)
Elissa was amazing. She was a wonderful representative for your company. She did a very good job. The receptionist at the front desk was very good. Also, Bridget was very good to work with. I was extremely pleased with my visit.
Tina is amazing. I had forgotten to take my antibiotic before my cleaning last week but Tina remembered and we rescheduled. Nice to know you really care about your patients.
