Premier Dental is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My 3 kids and I go there for dental and orthodontic procedures and couldn't be happier. Making sure everyone is comfortable is always a top priority for the staff here. Highly recommend!!

Our 3 kids have been going to Dr. Rakes since they were 2 (oldest is now 13). He is a very thorough dentist. BUT, he does not do anything unless it is necessary. My kids have seen him in Millard, then Bellevue, and now at his new office. I hope they see him until they are ready to go out on their own. I fully trust him. The hygienists are very kind, gentle with the kids and my kids like that. They help make the process less scary, because most kids are not fans of going to the dentist. Dr. Butler did such an amazing job with my crown done today. She was so kind to call me and check in to see how I was feeling! Unbelievable customer service and am happy to call her my new Dentist. She provided me with Gold Star service and built trust with me on day 1. My visit today was very impressive. I worked with Molly and Dr. Butler. Both were extremely educated and professional. They explained what all needs to be done and cut it done in pieces so it would not be so overwhelming. I received an email about my insurance coverage and treatment plan. I am very disappointed that my insurance coverage has a 1 year waiting period on major services. I totally know that this has nothing to do with Premier Dental. I had an infected/fractured back tooth that Dr Piper Larson took care of for me. She diagnosed the problem and took care of it the same day. They conducted the procedure to remove the tooth with little discomfort to me. I was impressed with the whole procedure. She has a great staff you treated me very well. Shauna her assistant nurse was special also. I have a heart condition which she worked around to make this procedure work for me. Dr. Larson is a special person to work with for dental problems. The Premier Dental group floods the neighborhoods with their advertising brochures. I was looking for a dentist in the area and chose this one strictly by their brochure. I made and appointment and went there for my appointment. They took me back to a room and a supposed hygienist came in and started to answer and ask all of these questions.
