Such a vibrant and fun environment when I come in - lots of genuine greetings from employees we've come to know, and always a smile from Tina (our favorite hygienist) who delights in what she is about to do to me - ha!! And I left with all my teeth this time, but a little less dignity!!! I wish anyone who does not have a positive experience at their dentist office would come in and see the obvious difference. We came into Premier because I personally know Dr Beninato. We had a bad experience at another local Pediatric dentist office. He referred us to Dr Frakes who was amazing. He solved our problem and did it in quick fashion!! Glad to say we will be back for sure!

I was extremely nervous to have a procedure done and kept putting it off and putting it off. My tooth broke over the weekend and I called the emergency number and left a voicemail. Dr. Butler called me right back and walked me through everything that would need to be done and helped to reassure me that everything would be ok. This is a long, and very objective review, so if you are looking for short snippets of fluff, this isn't it. The biggest negative in my world is needing to see a dentist at all. This Thursday, I broke a molar. Ergh. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years! I ended up calling Premier Dental because I had heard on the radio that they could prepare crowns in one day. Premier Dental is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My 3 kids and I go there for dental and orthodontic procedures and couldn't be happier. Making sure everyone is comfortable is always a top priority for the staff here. Highly recommend!!

Our 3 kids have been going to Dr. Rakes since they were 2 (oldest is now 13). He is a very thorough dentist. BUT, he does not do anything unless it is necessary. My kids have seen him in Millard, then Bellevue, and now at his new office. I hope they see him until they are ready to go out on their own. I fully trust him. The hygienists are very kind, gentle with the kids and my kids like that. They help make the process less scary, because most kids are not fans of going to the dentist. Dr. Butler did such an amazing job with my crown done today. She was so kind to call me and check in to see how I was feeling! Unbelievable customer service and am happy to call her my new Dentist. She provided me with Gold Star service and built trust with me on day 1.
