I have been going to Premier Dental for about two years now. This is after I took a 3 year absence because I was completely unhappy with two different dentist that I had tried. My first visit was updating forms, all standard but I did them on a click through computer program that made it easier. I had some work done, it had been three years, not a lot, but again very easy. Been with premier for a little better then 6 months now... I never believed i would find a dentist that would do what you want and not what they feel like doing, But premier dental is where this is happening. I have little money and they have helped me find ways to do what needed done. Finally I am getting a smile worth smiling about

I always feel like a VIP when I walk in here. They greet me by my name (which is interesting...guessing they either have really good memories or they have pictures of us up on the screen before our appointments) and I never wait longer than 2-3 minutes for someone to take me back. I love knowing that I can book a lunch time appointment and be back at work in time.

I so totally enjoy my visits to Premier Dental.The office is beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful.. I have discovered nitrous oxide and now have no stress in the chair and i always enjoy visiting with Kim, my hygienist. So far i have referred 4 family members who are all also in love with the office..

Such a vibrant and fun environment when I come in - lots of genuine greetings from employees we've come to know, and always a smile from Tina (our favorite hygienist) who delights in what she is about to do to me - ha!! And I left with all my teeth this time, but a little less dignity!!! I wish anyone who does not have a positive experience at their dentist office would come in and see the obvious difference. We came into Premier because I personally know Dr Beninato. We had a bad experience at another local Pediatric dentist office. He referred us to Dr Frakes who was amazing. He solved our problem and did it in quick fashion!! Glad to say we will be back for sure!

I was extremely nervous to have a procedure done and kept putting it off and putting it off. My tooth broke over the weekend and I called the emergency number and left a voicemail. Dr. Butler called me right back and walked me through everything that would need to be done and helped to reassure me that everything would be ok. This is a long, and very objective review, so if you are looking for short snippets of fluff, this isn't it. The biggest negative in my world is needing to see a dentist at all. This Thursday, I broke a molar. Ergh. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years! I ended up calling Premier Dental because I had heard on the radio that they could prepare crowns in one day.
