Visited Dr. Williams and his staff this morning after having a terrible experience at a different dentist office in Nashville. I was recommended by a coworker, and they were definitely right! The staff is very friendly. They didn't keep me waiting very long, and the office was very clean and organized. My coworker told me that Dr. Williams doesn't "find" cavities that don't exist. I have always received the best care and attention at Premier Dental. All the people are very good at their profession and it shows in their professional manner and the care I receive.
In my experience, Dr. Williams and his staff are the first dentistry group who are continually mindful of my personal preferences, without having to be reminded each visit. They always offer truly exceptional service!
My visit was prompt and pleasurable. I enjoyed my visit and thank the woman who cleaned my teeth. She is very nice and professional.
