great experience - A++++++ I have been to numerous dentist offices over the years but have never had such a pleasant experience as my visit to Premier Dental. The Dentist made me feel very comfortable and the work done in my mouth was excellent and priced very reasonable as well. The staff was extremely friendly and the office manager,Val, took plenty of time to work with me on a treatment plan that made sense. Dentist FORGOT about me I cannot rate the dentist, as the dentist FORGOT about me, so I didn't even get an exam. His lack of professionalism speaks volumes, though. His hygienist said she didn't think I had any cavities, but she gave me an extra toothbrush just in case. In addition to the utter lack of professionalism demonstrated by the dentist, the fact that they ALLOW a hygienist to be the final word is unacceptable. Premier Dental sucks big time! I went to Premier Dental as a new patient and was totally disappointed. Being the first patient of the day, they still took me back 15 minutes late because they were cleaning the office. I thought the staff was unprofessional. The hygienist didn't even start cleaning my teeth until an hour had passed. I won't be going back here. If my time means so little to them, I will give my business to someone else.
The best dentist ever!!!!!!! For years I have been self consience of the way my teeth and smile appeared. Teased my entire life. Over the years I have had countless consultation for cosmetic work on my teeth but I never could afford it. Being a parent and having lots of bills cosmetic dental work was not in the budget. Premier Dental is Fantastic! I have been going to this office for about a year and a half now. I probably went to 5 or 6 other dentists before deciding on this office because they are the epitome of compassion and professionalism. I had major work done and without Dr. Williams, Val (of course :) and the rest of the staff at Premier Dental - the last 18 months would have been a lot tougher to get through. Steve D. Dr Williams and his staff are great. It is hard to find a office that knows you when you walk in the door. Their bed-side manner is wonderful. You always know the cost before anything is done. I and my wife are both patients.
Hygentists are not experienced!!! 2nd visit with them today. Muich worse experience than the first time. Did not even see the dentist. the dentist should look at my teeth, gums, mouth every 6 month visit to identify changes/problems early. Hygentist poked my gums several times. I should not have a bloody taste in my mouth having a cleaning. I have good teeth and have never experienced anything like this brutality before. come on people!!!
Great job on fixing my tooth. The numbness wore off in 3 hrs. Teeth feel normal when biting down. Drank coffee when I got home no problems. Ate my 1st meal 7 hours later no problems. So if you want a good dentist to fix your teeth go see, Dr Williams he will do a good job on your teeth.
I've been a patient of Dr Williams for approximately 14 years and I will gladly tell everyone that the level of care, knowledge, patience and professionalism received from him has consistently been Excellent ! The same for his staff....they are amazing, especially Valarie who has all the answers to questions that I forget to ask Dr. Williams, and whose patience and kindness is a blessing.
