We were hesitant at first because of the cost, but so glad we did it—well worth it. The head worker was meticulous about making sure every inch was cover on our pergola. It now looks brand new and is protected. Before and after photos

I would give them zero stars if possible. I have called multiple times (well over a dozen) about having someone come out and look at my peeling deck. This coating was applied last fall (less than 10 months ago) and supposedly is backed by a 10 year warranty. Returned calls come with a promise that someone will call me back from Production (never happens). I was successful getting a warranty appointment one time but they were no shows. While the finished product is what we hoped, the process to this point has been fraught w angst; no communication to poor communication throughout after paying the deposit.

BLUF - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT, ASK FOR IT BACK! So... Where to start? We had the initial consultation and then needed to wait nearly 3 months for service. No worries, tho, because they expected (and were paid) their deposit to put us on the schedule. I repaired the deck boards I thought sketchy and they said do no more as they would sand and prep the deck for the coating. This was finally done in June of 2023 and looked pretty good. If I could I would give them 0 stars! I contacted them on their website to call me for an appointment. They emailed me to say they tried to contact me, which they never did. I told them they could come whenever they wanted, just let me know, now nothing!
