I took my two-horse trailer in to have an overall evaluation, bearings, and brake work done. It ended up needing electrical work as well. I told them to fix anything that needed fixing as I plan to have this thing on the road for years to come. I was under the impression they would replace anything that wasn't right or off. RecommendedI had a great experience at PCT! I took my trailer in for service and it came back top notch. They took the time to grease all the moving parts even though that's not why it went in. Service was prompt and polite!!

This is the place to get a trailer from!!! I have checked all over Michigan and northern Indiana for a 6x12 cargo trailer. Most places seemed annoyed by asking for a quote since the inventory is so low I needed something specific. Seamless transaction with Lewis my salesman as I was in and out in 15 minutes on a 20-foot gatormade trailer. Totally professional team, friendly atmosphere, service bays and parts counter, large selection of hitches, and totally cool male rescue dog named Holly. I want to give a shout out to Brandon! He was awesome to work with and got me exactly what I wanted in a trailer being custom built for me. I don’t recall speaking on the phone about the order but we didn’t have to. The ordering was all a breeze (hands down) and done through email! Very good service. I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying a trailer from Brandon. I had called multiple different trailer companies only to be told they didn’t have what I wanted, to be told they’d call me back and never did, to be treated like it was an inconvenience to want to buy a trailer from them, and even places that never even answered their phone... crazy.
