Didn't even have a chance to use their service because of the following: Called around 9am. Got a 10am - 1pm window confirmed. It's now 1:30pm. No update, no call, no show. Also, the answering service tried to upsell my $99 booking fee by adding some extra discounts for service without even knowing why I called. Overall, just a scuzzy kind of feeling on this one, especially with it being my first time going through their processes. At least I saved $99 on a service call today? (Always trying to see the positive...)

I cannot recommend this company Higher. After 10 calls to plumbing companies who said 24 hour service with only two calls back with appointments made and no show. Pearson Plumbing Service Team worked me in and completed the job. Great people to work with.

Called in due to water heater leaking for over a month and James was able to squeeze me in to get it taken care of immediately. His employee was nice, professional and diligently double checking the process and might be his way of making sure everything is up to code, too. Overall, it was done quickly and will certainly recommend.

The reviews that are being posted about this company are no joke! The technician showed up promptly and professionally. The problem was diagnosed and I was informed about what needed to be done. The dynamic duo showed up the next day and did a flawless water heater replacement! The Pearson Plumbing Service Team comes highly recommended by me.

The best plumbing service in the area!!! The plumber came out and cleared the blockage in my kitchen, and he did an excellent job. He not only fixed the kitchen sink, but he also inspected the entire house and demonstrated how everything works. He was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns, and he was extremely knowledgeable, making everything very clear. Pearson Plumbing Service Team comes highly recommended.
