Even though I had very positive experience with their auto loan thanks to Doug, I would give 0 stars for their credit card. The app is really confusing, doesn’t show your balance correctly. Came to pay off my balance 2-3 weeks ago after I received a statement. The young lady said my balance was 0 and I don’t owe anything. I thought maybe that cash advance didn’t appear in their system yet, and went back home. Now it turns out I am 2 months late on payments. Really disappointed.
