I really appreciate the staff - always pleasant and helpful!
If you run a business, do not use them as an institution. They will hold larger checks for 5 business days, when we all know checks will clear within 2 to 3 business days. They don't like taking ownership when fees accrued are a fault of theirs. I don't have the time to go open another business account, as I work. Barely have time to get them on the phone for their mistakes. I am a working owner, I need a convenient account and transparency.
I've been going to Premier for over 30 years because the service is consistently top notch. No crazy fees or name changes like banks. The staff on Grand in WDM is especially friendy and competent!
