Any good reviews about this place you read here are absolute BS. For starters, there is mold in the building due to several major floods. There are cockroaches, tiny red ants, and in August 2025 bedbugs in a unit down the hall from me. It took their contractor 3+ years to complete repairs to the indoor parking garage and outdoor parking deck while many tenants were forced to park on neighbourhood sidestreets. It’s been over three years, I’m living in this apartment. Never had any complain ,if there is an issue I call Charlie or Jean and they will resolve it within a week. I believe this is the best location to live in Oakville. you have a nice view of lake Ontario, I can see the CN tower on a nice sunny day from my apartment so I gladly can say that I take my breakfast lunch and dinner looking at the CN Tower.
It's supposed to be a Good place to live. Close to everything! Management are great don't get me wrong! My Only concern is that, tenants SMOKING WEED in their units, which the exhaust sucks the smoke and spreads it through the exhaust system. Spreading through the vents that goes to Bathroom Vents. Which your kid/s will also inhale. And Also at the Basement Parking, where some people gather and have a Weed Session that stinks to the whole basement. Cockroaches, tiny red ants, and recently bedbugs in a unit down the hall from me. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Quality of the tenants allowed to rent here has gone significantly downhill since I moved in (July 2013). Most of the really good tenants have moved on; I would if I could afford to. There is always garbage on the ground at the side of the building where the dumpsters are. There's many reasons why this place is called the loony bin. It's infested with cockroaches and ants and probably other things. The property managers are really good here, they try to deal with everything going on. At least we get to see great views from up here, but it's certainly not worth the price of rent here. On top of Homestead jacking up the rent, the new parking lot is garbage, the drains don't drain anything at all and somehow my parking spot for moved a fair ways from where it used to be.
