Rancho Bella Vista goes around, looking for HOA violations then sends them to the company in Texas, sometimes without pictures of these violations, and then property owners get notice of a violation. There's no head's up, you need to do this. There's no warnings. There's nothing like that there's just a violation notice, and it takes everybody's time out of their day to respond to these things.
