I have lived in Rancho Bella Vista development for 18 years. During that time, we have had multiple HOA management companies. Most, didn't communicate with the home owners unless there was a problem. Which resulted in negative feelings on both sides. Since we have been under Realmanage, there has been more Community interaction. Monthly newsletters, Community get-togethers, and more positive experiences. Our manager Stephanie should get credit for this. Now, we have a new manager (Katy Judy) taking the helm. If I could give zero stars, I would. This HOA, and the Archer Meadows community, is a complete joke, and Stephanie Center, the so-called “manager” of this community, is the poster child for useless leadership. Let’s review what we’re actually paying for here: - Non-stop barking dogs because people leave them outside all day, every day, and nothing gets done about it. - Dog feces everywhere on the green spaces because apparently enforcing basic decency isn’t part of Stephanie Center's job description. - Human waste in the poo... read more

Stephanie communicates clearly, handles situations with efficiency and care, and genuinely makes the process of working together smooth and enjoyable.
