What happen at this office??? Dr is amazing, once you see her after long waits, office staff very nice. That aside, this 1 topic per visit thing is ridiculous. Took my grandson for allergies and he also is due for a well care check up. Nope, one thing at a time. Must make separate appointments for each individual thing, months apart at that. The dental, same thing. I have been bringing my daughter here her whole life. She has only ever seen this office. I absolutely adore her doctor and the nurses. However, I have consistently had endless problems with the office staff and organization. I have had appointments canceled without notice and I get left to find out once I have arrived. I have had phone calls at 4pm on a Friday canceling my appointment for Monday morning after I have already scheduled time off from work. I appreciate Dr. Webb for her exceptional care and expertise in pediatric medicine. The compassionate approach and clear communication helped ease any concerns I had about my child's health. Dr Webb created a welcoming environment, very patient, and making each visit a positive experience for both parent and child. I started coming with my 5 year old and now my 3 month old. Highly recommended for their dedication to children's well-being.

No one wants to do their job properly. They never get records when they are supposed too. They say they are going to do one thing and wait till you leave and do something completely different. They don't get back to you . I've been waiting on calls back for 2 weeks now. They have been messing with my sons medications and refused to admit when they arr wrong. . In stead they will say they never new or the records are not their when EVERY ONE else see it all right their.
