What happen at this office??? Dr is amazing, once you see her after long waits, office staff very nice. That aside, this 1 topic per visit thing is ridiculous. Took my grandson for allergies and he also is due for a well care check up. Nope, one thing at a time. Must make separate appointments for each individual thing, months apart at that. The dental, same thing. I have been bringing my daughter here her whole life. She has only ever seen this office. I absolutely adore her doctor and the nurses. However, I have consistently had endless problems with the office staff and organization. I have had appointments canceled without notice and I get left to find out once I have arrived. I have had phone calls at 4pm on a Friday canceling my appointment for Monday morning after I have already scheduled time off from work. I appreciate Dr. Webb for her exceptional care and expertise in pediatric medicine. The compassionate approach and clear communication helped ease any concerns I had about my child's health. Dr Webb created a welcoming environment, very patient, and making each visit a positive experience for both parent and child. I started coming with my 5 year old and now my 3 month old. Highly recommended for their dedication to children's well-being.
