I love my providers here. My first primary care I didn’t care for but I decided to switch in the same office and found Dr. Theresa Christmas she has been amazing! I see behavior health providers there as well and love them. As well as my daughter going to the children’s dentist and they’ve always made us feel so comfortable not to mention the staff always loves giving my daughter attention and little treasures! Definitely recommend!
The service provided by the reception staff isn't always appropriate; at times, they even mistreat patients—I don't know why. Otherwise, it is excellent. The staff in the pharmacy are the best; they should handle all the customers, or the others should be trained by them on how to treat patients. Apart from that, it is an excellent place—clean and very welcoming.
This place has the worst communication with an OB I have ever experienced. Ever. Overbooked scheduling as well made it very frustrating. Trying to reach them on the phone about important matters is a nightmare, and they never respond to messages on MyChart! I've tried to go in personal to resolve things and they're closed or the Dr. isn't even there most the week! Even when they do randomly send you a message first on MyChart, they don't respond to your replies either. I will never go there again and I would never recommend.... read more
Worst provider I've ever dealt with. Won't answer phones, even for other Drs or pharmacies. My husband has been left high and dry with no medication for over a week now
