They were unable to give 24 hour care. We called to get care and they were unable to have someone come during daytime hours to care for our mother. They had someone for evening hours but we had to go with another provider that could be available for daytime care too. Not an ideal situation for us as we needed 24 hour hospice care for our terminally ill mother. This was when they did business as premier veteran home care. They were really great during a time of need, trustworthy, and the caregivers were invested in what they do. I am grateful that I found them. I especially want to thank Eunice and Kai who comforted my Dad in his last days.
We needed quick help as we brought my mom home on hospice. We thought we had someone with this company lined up but found out at the last moment, they were not available. However, another lady, Adi, with the same company, said she would help so we were not left without help. We didn't use this company super long, but the time we had with them was invaluable.
