About four months ago, I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. My insurance company referred me to this repair shop, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Mediocre at best from customer service to repair I shared photos to see how the gap is too big between the tailgate and the sides of box plus I think to make the gap even on both sides they banged out the left side which caused a crack as u can see in the pictures plus I shared the (lifetime guarantee) certificate or whatever u wanna call it read it carefully cause it’s not much to it so don’t be fooled with that line now u can see what exactly the guarantee covers.
