I initially went based on my insurance company’s recommendation. There were some issues with my car, but I hadn’t been able to take it back due to my busy schedule. However, Jordan reached out to me and kindly invited me to bring my car whenever I was available. Today, I visited the shop, and they resolved the issue. Jordan was very polite and friendly throughout the process. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and the time he took to assist me. Thank you!
I went based on my insurance company’s recommendation. There are still some issues with my car, but I haven’t been able to take it back because I’ve been very busy. I will go and discuss it as soon as possible. After resolving the issue with my car, I will provide further feedback.
I can't recommend Assured Automotive highly enough. They facilitated every step of my repair, kept me in the loop at all times, completed the job early -- and their work was flawless. But that's not all. When I went to pick up my car, it looked a lot cleaner than it was when I took it in. Then I got inside -- turns out they did more than wash it; they had it detailed, too. Five stars ++++ !!!
