I can’t express enough how amazing this place is! They fixed my car damage so well I completely forgot what it looked like when it first arrived to them. Their communication with me was top tier and their patience in getting my insurance to be responsive was extremely appreciated! I had a poor experience here. After my car was hit, I brought it in, but they never gave me any updates. I had to keep calling for two weeks just to manage my rental. In the end, I picked up the car and they promised to call when parts arrived, it’s been two months—still nothing. On top of that, they overcharged for their work. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I brought my Lexus 350 RX in for some body work. Bridget at reception is on point - professional and knowledgeable. Ray, the manager, is a cut above. He has secured my business over at Premier Coach for life. Thanks - Car feels brand new!
