I took my car there, and someone named Sarah inspected it, took photos, and told me she would send me an estimate. I never received anything. I tried calling her multiple times, but she never responded. I was eventually able to speak with someone else, who told me they were working on the estimate and would email it to me shortly. I still never received any email or follow-up call. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Great experience with Premier Coach Auto Collision. From the tow to the final repair, everything was handled professionally. Logan (manager) answered all my questions, and Kat kept me updated throughout the process. Repairs took about three months due to the holidays and parts delays for my new car, but they handled most of the insurance coordination, which made things easy. CarMax even noted they could hardly tell the car had been in an accident—great quality work. Highly recommend for both service and results.

Took my Tesla in for a slightly popped out front shield under the bumper and Jonathan helped me and was amazing and so kind! He took one look and got it halfway back to normal and took my car to the technician in the back, and in less than 10 minutes, returned the vehicle with it perfectly fixed. I was so impressed that he didn’t charge me and would take my car back here if I have another problem.

We had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop after being referred by our insurance company following an accident with our brand-new 2026 Mercedes. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to call just to get basic updates, and even then, the information we received was inconsistent or unclear. I can’t express enough how amazing this place is! They fixed my car damage so well I completely forgot what it looked like when it first arrived to them. Their communication with me was top tier and their patience in getting my insurance to be responsive was extremely appreciated! Mike and his team reached out to me every week to provide me with updates regarding my vehicle repairs and answered any questions I had thoroughly and in a timely matter!
