West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge was great, the experience was much better than expected. Mel Blanton, who assisted us, was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted. He made sure to go over every little detail you could think of with us. He really made buying a new car very easy and made every effort to work with us. I really enjoyed working with all the staff at West Hills CJD. It was the first positive experience I have ever had at a dealership. My sales person, Mel, was amazing. He walked me through everything and broke everything down so even I could understand it. Plus he even worked it out to where I got a DVD player installed in my new vehicle at no cost to me. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hazelwood and I would have to say they do a great job! Frank Jeffers, with the Dodge dealership was wonderful and extremely helpful. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see and did not steer us in the wrong direction. The we had the vehicle purchased a out in the door in just a matter of hours! I hope, in the near future, when we are ready to upgrade our durango to a new one, the service will be just a good. Thanks Hazelwood and most important, thanks Frank!

The guys there at west hills have been great to work with. This is my first review for them but i have purchased several cars from them. The most recent purchase was a 2011 challenger SRT8. They worked with me to get a great value for my trade in and of course a great new car. Thanks a lot guys.

I loved West Hills. We went there last year to see about trading in our car because of financial difficulties and due to how off balance what our car was worth and what we owed they couldn't help us unless we had a down payment (understandable).. But they did refer us to a different insurance company which cut our premium in HALF! And helped out incredibly. We saved up some money and went back a few months later. Got a phone call within like 40 minutes of sending them an email expressing my interest in a certain jeep. When i went in, i was immediately intercepted, and within 10 minutes i was driving the jeep around. Thank you very much Frank and Amelia for making sure i got exactly what i wanted and answering all my questions. I will definitely be dealing with West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge in the future.

I just moved to the area and from what people have told me that Westhills is the best there is. I went to Westhills Jeep looking to buy a used car and met Tyson Stanley. Tyson really took care of me. He had answers to any and all questions I had promptly and efficiently while being very proffesional. Your salesman Frank Jeffers was most informative And hen pointed out all the pros and cons of each vehicle we looked at . he also drove one of my vehicles back home for me so that I would not have to go home find someone to take back to the dealer and ttthen drive back home wondering on which one to put in car port.

West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge is by far the best experience I've had when buying a car. Salesman Freddy Goret went above and beyond the meaning of customer service. He insured that we got into the car that we wanted, not the one that they wanted to sell. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from the West Hills autoplex, and it gets better everytime!
