The experience started poorly but John the service salesman made it so much better. He really bend backwards to accommodate our needs and was really courteous with the service he provided.

Was last at Premier Chevrolet about two years ago and I had poor service on my Duramax diesel Silverado. Last week I decided to give them another try and received OUTSTANDING service from the mechanic (technician) named Andre and from Service Consultant Brian S. I also noticed that the Service Manager (?) reviewed and appeared to approve my bill which was less than I was quoted, I believe due to it taking less time than thought to do the work.
