Service staff always takes good care of me. I like the fact that I don't need an appointment. I can drive right on it. Don't mind the wait as I know they are being thorough. Lou Palomino always has a smile on his face, kind man.
Service department is unorganized, when my car was there this past Saturday, no one called me to let me know my car was ready, and when I called to check on it. They had no clue what was going on at first then, when I went to go pick up my car. It took them 30 minutes to locate my car and pull it up for me. Not looking forward to any services in the future there.
We had quick and friendly service at Premier. Jose was the perfect personality of knowledgeable but not pressuring us. We just purchased a brand new 2019 Chevy traverse and we love it.
