Horrible customer service. As I sat waiting....forever..... the girl at the front desk sat on the phone having an entirely personal conversation while an elderly gentleman stood at the desk waiting to be helped. She saw him but COMPLETELY ignored him. It wasn't just horrible customer service, it was total disrespect to that poor man. When my car was done I had to interrupt her telephone conversation so she could ring me up. Great facility but on my last visit the "Internet cafe" was packed with employees! That area should be for customers! Right?
