I received excellent service. The technicians were professional, efficient, very detail oriented and they were very personable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable it was easy to relax and wait for my car to be detailed. The bathroom was clean and very nicely furnished. When I inspected my car I found it to be professionally cleaned without any area being neglected. I will definitely use this service again!
My very first experience here today was nothing short of amazing. They provided great service, great atmosphere, and most importanly, they are all great people. I will recommend this car wash to all of my friends and family and I personally never want to get my car serviced anywhere else. I stopped by today while running errands. I have never been before. After my truck came out of the wash I noticed the attendant look into the backseat and then pull someone else over to look inside the truck. The attendant then pulled my truck to the back without speaking to me. I asked the counter clerk of there was an issue. She said no just probably needed to re vacuum. I became a little Leary of this. If I could give no stars I would. All they care about is getting their money and not the respect of the customers vehicle. They damaged the right front bumper of my car and I also watched their employees lay the towels on the ground then pick them back up and use them on people's cars. Check your vehicle very closely! This could happen to you!
I will not be taking my vehicle back here ever again. I paid $ 42.00 for a wash and for them to clean the inside of my vehicle and it was horrible. It will take me to long to write everything that was wrong,it seems none of the employees there care about nothing. Just a beware to everyone I would NOT recommend to anyone.
Recently had the oil changed in my 2006 Honda at Premier, and 300 miles later, the engine blows. Harold's Tire said there was no oil in the car. It is obvious to everyone but Premier that they did not replace the oil they took out, and now it appears they will not do the right thing by footing my repair bill for their mistake. DO NOT take your car to Premier Carwash and Lube. It will end up costing your more than you can afford.
If you want an oil change is a reasonable amount of time you do not want to come here. Two guys supposed to be working but seem to find everything to do but change oil. I pulled in and there were no other oil changes going and 35 minutes later it still is not done!
Wow, I can't believe these three terrible reviews. When I go to the car wash I go there to get my car or truck clean not to socialize or worry about the employees & what they're doing. I've never had anybody be rude or ignore me when it was time to pay. I used to drive all the way to Canopy car wash in Greenville but Premiere now does a much better job. I'm planning on getting up early Saturday morning to get our 2014 Silverado cleaned up.
Although on the outside everyone was hard at work on the inside i couldn't help but hear the owner discuss private matters and cursing his employees. This disturbed me. Also, I noticed another customer highly upset that one of the workers had broken something inside the car and as she left the employees laughed and mocked the woman without feeling any remorse.
