Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I had both knees replaced 3 months apart and was back at work within 4 weeks each time. Everything was taken care of from pain management to home visits for physical therapy. Dr. Shroer is a great surgeon and I can't recommend him enough.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely!
