The place where you or your love one wants to be to achieve your wellness goal. This facility is very clean. Housekeeping director Carmelo maintains the cleanliness of this building. Rehab staff are the most caring people ( Don, Dan, Randy and Gil). And the most beautiful and loving group of nursfing staff.

My Father had excellent care at Premier. All the Staff was Attentive, Professional, Informative, Helpful, and Prompt for Requests. The Physical Therapy and Occupational was Great!!! Nursing met my Dad's request with a smile and answered all his questions and made him feel special. He felt liked everyone cared. Maintance man came and fixed it phone by taking time t Show him how to use it in a Saturday Nite. Dietary ang Housekeeping were Super Nice and Efficient. This is his Second Visit.
