I have used this business to manage a couple of rentals i have for a few years now and I have always found them to be professional, honest and have my best interests in mind. . I would not hesitate to recomend them to anyone looking for a property manager.
Premium Business Investments is the best property manager I could ask for. I have been with them for over 4 years. If I ever have an issue or need something fixed, they always get it done in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend PBI!

I've been with Premiere Business since about 2010. I was with another property manager for a year before that. I'm so glad to have found them and have nothing but good things to say about them. There level of professionalism is top-notch and the do everything according to best practices which results in above-board tenants and the best handling of my property. They completed renovated my apartment between tenants for more than a reasonable cost and I never had to leave San Diego. I highly recommend them!
