We love our new home by Premier!
Very frustrating. After we closed on the house because we were having a baby and needed to move in....they never finished our punch list. We had to harass them day after day, month after month, and now we still sit and wait. It has been almost four years and we still have over 40 items they need to address.
We unfortunately paid them in full and they never took care of all of our close out items. We had a few bigger things that were wrong with the house and they quit answering our calls and would never call us back.
