I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Next Exteriors / Primer Builder MI absolutely earned this one. They replaced my roof, then went on to do a relative’s roof, and later a close friend’s roof—three separate projects, three flawless results. Consistency like that is not an accident. I don’t often leave reviews but in this case I just had to. My experience with Next Exteriors by Premier Builder to replace my roof was amazingly organized, efficient, friendly and accommodating, and fairly priced. Beginning to end it was a smooth and positive experience. This company is simply the best. I've used them on multiple occasions - once for my roof then later for my siding. They are very responsive, pleasant to deal with and do excellent quality work. They show up when they say they will and they stand behind their work. Their prices are good but I'd use them even if they were higher, it would be worth it. Definitely recommend!
I just got my roof, Insulation and gutters done I’ve worked with a lot of contractors. Honestly, this is the best company I’ve ever worked With. Everything I was told was exactly what I got. They were straight up with me from the beginning. I will definitely be getting my windows and siding done through this company. I highly recommend them. Paul was my representative. Very easy to work with can always get a hold of him. I’m very knowledgeable. I’m very fair company.
Next Exteriors was incredible to work with. Their team worked quickly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us throughout the process. They did amazing work on our roof and even fixed a broken beam we were worried about. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them.
