Phenomenal experience! Truly a quality company that goes above and beyond every step of the way. I hired Next Exteriors to replace the roof on my house and garage and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and seamless the process was and am absolutely delighted by the finished product. Paul, Tom, Pam, and the roofing crew are all so skilled in what they do. They were quick to respond to me and thoroughly answered any questions I had. They're honest, knowledgeable, and really go the extra mile to make their customers have a ... read more

I don’t often leave reviews but in this case I just had to. My experience with Next Exteriors by Premier Builder to replace my roof was amazingly organized, efficient, friendly and accommodating, and fairly priced. Beginning to end it was a smooth and positive experience. Paul was quick to come out for an estimate, Pam was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns, Tom was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process and was great at making sure I understood and was happy. My roof has a lot of difficult ... read more

The transformation of our curb appeal is hard to believe. We started with faded aluminum siding and swappedit for a deep blue vinyl with white trim. Every neighbor has stopped to ask who did the workbecause it looks that good. The project manager kept us updated everyafternoon before they left for the day. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who ask.

I just got my roof, Insulation and gutters done I’ve worked with a lot of contractors. Honestly, this is the best company I’ve ever worked With. Everything I was told was exactly what I got. They were straight up with me from the beginning. I will definitely be getting my windows and siding done through this company. I highly recommend them. Paul was my representative. Very easy to work with can always get a hold of him. I’m very knowledgeable. I’m very fair company.

Tried a few other places to come out and inspect some minor shingle damage with no luck. Paul from Next Exteriors came out the next day to inspect the damage and returned within a few days to replace a tore up ridge cap shingle at no charge. He said my roof was in great condition otherwise. I will definitely consider them when the time comes that I do need a new roof replacement.
