Staff was rude... Insulting remarks while taking measurements....dress came 4 months after told it would be there....dress was about 3 sizes too big, had to be completely re- sewn. ...

Premier did not have the gown I wanted in my size, so I tried it on in a smaller size. I ordered a gown based on my measurements and the suggestions from the salesgirl. It doesn't fit. Premier refused to exchange it for the correct size because I signed a document saying I would order the dress in a particular size. I asked the manager of she thought this was acceptable and all she said was they can't do anything. I will never buy from Premier again.

Just had my anniversary and looked bak on the day where i wore a premiere bridal dress it was exsactly what i was looking for premier has great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone getting married

I just got engaged and I've come here without any appointment, which was rude of me; but Angelina was so nice to fit me in between her appointments, which works out well for me and my bridesmaid since we have more time to discuss. The first dress that she's picked out for me is the one that I've gotten after trying on hundreds of bridal dresses at different bridal shops in Central and North Cal. Thank you to Premier Bride's Perfect Dress for a great first dress trying on experience! I was part of the "Entourage" for a very special bride today. Kayla was so helpful. She assisted our bride with selection, listened to what she liked about each dress, and had the next prospective dress ready for try on as soon as the bride walked back into the dressing room. I came here just yesterday for a wedding gown. This was also my first time trying on dresses. I usually get really overwhelmed and stressed out with shopping, but my experience here was the complete opposite. Amanda was my consultant; she was very helpful and patient. She made me feel really comfortable and did not make me feel pressured to purchase anything. I bought a beautiful gown and will definitely be coming back for my bridesmaids and flower girls!
