RecommendedShoulder surgery and it feels so much better and only been a week
I had a serious fall, and broke both wrists. Dr. Bienz was the Dr. on call and the Dr. to do the required surgery. He did an amazing job to repair the damage! Very compassionate each step of the way. I also can't say enough good things about Premiers Physical Therapy department! I'll never forget Martha giving me a hug, just because she felt I needed one! I highly recommend any of the physical therapist. you'll be in good hands with anyone in that department.

I'd like to give a huge shoutout to Nicole Cassidy in Radiology. I had to have an MRI today, but I have never had one where I had to go all the way in. I'm very claustrophobic. Being the last day of the year, she knew I needed to get it done today for insurance purposes. After the first two attempts were failures she pulled some strings ( I am pretty sure she skipped her lunch break) to get me some relaxation meds so we could try again. She was so caring and we finally got it done!! Thank you Nicole! You're the best! ❤️
Fix your spectacular diorganization!
I was having issues with my right arm(pain and numbness), and another orthopedic establishment in Casper kept telling me I had biceps tendinitis and to just keep going to physical therapy. My PT suggested I get a second opinion with Dr. Bienz at Premier, so I did. They had me figured out quickly and set me up for a fix. Had I stuck with the the first place I went, I’m almost positive I’d still be going to PT with no end in sight.
