They did a wonderful repair job on my car. And was super flexible and went out of there way to make sure I had my rental and even detailed the inside of my car.
Poor customer service. Was told the final part replacement would take only 15 minutes. After confirmation of part delivery and 1.5 month of repeat excuses from Mark, the job still did not get completed as promised. If you want the work completed, I recommend you look elsewhere because this business owner will not follow through and actually complete the job.
Timely and professional
The best customer service ever!!! Mark answered all my questions about the body work being done and also his part of the insurance billing...work was done quickly and beautifully! I HIGHLY recommend Premier body works...great team!!!!
