BACKYARD PATIO FACES EAST, SO THE MORNING SUN CAN BE QUITE CHALLENGING. I CALLED DAVID, FROM PREMIRE BLINDS AND 1 WEEK LATER MY PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED! GREAT CUSTOMER SEVICE AS WELL AS PRODUCT!
