Very unprofessional. I booked one of its properties through Vrbo and for a whole week i was trying to communicate with this company and his listed agent, Chase A******** get the link to pay . I msg him 2 times through the app, I left 2 voice mails on the number that Vrbo customer service provided me with and no response at all. We rented a house through VRBO and Premier Beach Property Maintenance in October 2019. Due to Covid, our plans had to be cancelled. I contacted Chase at Premier Beach Property Maintenance on May 2 that we would have to cancel, and Chase assured me he would get me the refund in a few weeks. Weeks go by, no answer. Calls, texts, communication through VRBO's messenger, never a response and no one will now answer the phone. We had only paid our deposit, had not paid the entire cost yet, thank goodness. Extremely horrible company! Buyer Beware! I booked a reservation 6 months prior to my trip only to be sent an email the night before flying out (meaning I saw the email after I arrived in Tampa) informing me that my rental was being handled with another company. The other company informed me that the owner changed property management companies because things were not handled properly.
