Looking to put in a new kitchen. Greg was very nice at the initial meet up. After 2 weeks of radio silence, still nothing. The worker at home depot we are dealing with also has problems getting I touch, but she finally did get some answers. Because of a few things we wanted to move around, permits were needed, which we were fine with. The fact we got radio silence from this company is not good. If you’re looking for a company with good communication skills…well, actually Premier Basement Builders are not good communicators. Their receptionist (Monika) refuses to call back if you leave a voicemail. We left multiple and received no callbacks, especially if they think you should already have the information. Can’t thank Premier Basements enough for the remarkable service and the finished product. Our bathroom was in need of a renovation and premier went over and above with workmanship and professional service that was unmatched. All the tradesmen that came through our doors were incredibly kind and hard working and had great attention to detail. Unprofessional and frankly, just WEIRD! After seeing an ad from Home Depot advertising basement renovation services, I reached out for a quote. I was contacted by Monika from Premier Basements Niagara, who explained that they are one of Home Depot’s service providers and asked me to call to set up an appointment.
