I had a Bathroom totally gutted the Premier team took great care of me and my house They were professional and the price was right on the Quote Top Self people
We needed a bathroom makeover, Greg was thorough and the cost was to the estimate. The work was excellent, minor changes to existing plumbing were completed and it is vastly improved. The bathroom exceeded expectations we are very pleased.
My husband and I needed a bath tub and wall surround replaced and decided to go through Home Depot Home Services as we had used them before to replace some windows and a patio door several years ago and had a very good experience. We went through the Home Depot website and very quickly were contacted by Premier Basement Builders in Niagara Falls. Never showed up last fall for bathroom reno 2025, NEVER RECEIVED UODATED ESTIMATE, communication was months in between, phone call would have been nice... I went in person numerous times to be reassured we were on target & still no word. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
