AVOID! My initial experience with Premier was largely positive. But, they sold me a car with title issues and didn't disclose it. When they finally called me to let me know that they didn't have the title, my temporary tag was set to expire. I will not be able to drive my car indefinitely because they ran out of temporary tags and still haven't sent me a new one. They don't expect to have the title for another two weeks! Everyone at this dealership was amazing. I had been to at least 6 other dealerships and no one could compare to the friendly, professional atmosphere here at Premier Automotive. Thanks to all who made my car buying experience great!!
Sales process went smoothly. Happy with the vehicle overall. Discovered after taking the vehicle home that it had a defective rear safety belt (the one I strap my son into). Never would have checked on the lot, because I just couldn't have imagined a dealership putting a vehicle out with a major safety defect like this. I offered to do the labor if they would provide the part. So of course, two weeks later I purchased the part myself after no action from the dealership. Very disappointing.
Disgusted they sold us a car that was completely corroded through on the frame underneath . A mechanic told us that if we were hit from behind the car would have crumbled . Also the Brake lines were all completely corroded . The car was unsafe to drive when we bought it ... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
Dexter and Kenny went over and above with our purchase, I highly recommend them for a good used car! They went as far as to replace the rear bumper cover which had a crack in it, after our deal was finalized. Thanks for the great customer service!
