I went for an $11 pink slip and walked away with an $811 bill to fix shocks and windscreen wipers. Took it to my usual mechanic for a second opinion and was told nothing was wrong. After my initial Google review they texted pics of faults they found so not sure what happened between this place failing my pink slip and my usual mechanic passing it with no issues.
This company understands what the market wants, exceptional service at a reasonable price. From the friendly and efficient staff, to the detailed diagnostics and procedures and text message updates, I cannot fault them. Highly recommended.
Staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond to fit appts in. Complimentary drinks and a comfortable waiting area. Free wifi so I can work while waiting, or they do offer a drop off service. Appreciated they took the time to inform me what was wrong with my car. I alway love that they do everything! From motorbikes, cars, caravans so now this is my one stop shop for all my needs!!! Ps love the reminder texts too!
Seems like they try to rip off young women. I went for an $11 pink slip and walked away with an $811 quote to fix my leaking shocks, windscreen wipers, and some other nonsense. Took it to my usual mechanic for a second opinion and he confirmed absolutely nothing was wrong with my vehicle and that oil had been sprayed on the shock to make it look like something was wrong.
