Took my car in, they misdiagnosed it and replaced a part that immediately broke afterwards. Horrible service aswell. DO NOT GO HERE.
Awful, and they have a barking dog at the desk where you pay. It feels like their trying to intimidate their customers.
Taking my car to this shop was a nightmare. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing, and my experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. On top of that, there’s a “Beware of Dog, Enter at Your Own Risk” sign with an aggressive pit bull inside, which is a very strange and unprofessional thing for a business to have. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
AVOID THIS SHOP. They had my car for 2 weeks, did a $1200 repair that didn’t work, just for the car to still need the part they replaced bc they broke the part again when I gave the car back to them. We didn’t realize they didn’t know what they were doing until we had another mechanic call to ask questions. After 2 weeks of them having our car, we’re down $1200 and our car is still broken.
