I had a great experience with Premier Auto Service Center. Angel assisted me and was extremely helpful, transparent, and informative throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very accommodating and understanding of my situation. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism he provided.

Angel at the front desk was very helpful from the start. He provided much needed information for me and was considerate of my situation. He made sure to communicate my concerns so they can be checked out. The mechanic that was assigned to my vehicle could do a better job with making sure he understands the situation with the job he’s getting. He didn’t seem to understand what he was supposed to be checking for when assigned to my vehicle but I pointed it out in person. I’m hoping it was a learning lesson on what he could’ve ... read more

We are buying a used car and had them do an inspection. There was a bit of back and forth to get the lot to get it over there. Everytime I called to cancel or change the appointment they were beyond kind. EVERYONE that I spoke with in this entire process was A+. The final report was texted to me with pictures and a link to pay. They went over every line with me. It ended up saving us thousands in repairs that we were able to negotiate into getting the car. Thank you for doing such a great professional job!
